Reasonable price (5€/day) to park in the private parking space (half the price as outside on the street). The bed and pillows were nice and firm. The whole apartment was spotless - a rarity. The bathroom was relatively large and had a wonderful shower (excellent water pressure). The kitchen had all the amenities you would generally expect. The provided water/beer/juice was already in the fridge, and although you had to pay for it, I found the prices pretty reasonable. Same with toothbrushes, shampoo, etc. in the bathroom. Lots of doors for airing out the apartment or letting fresh air inside. I liked that the bedroom was separate from the living area with its own door. The sofa could be expanded to become another bed. Good lamp options to create warm lighting in the evenings.
