A great living room with a big TV where you can watch Netflix, etc. A nice kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, pod coffee machine, etc., and a dining room table seating four people. A very clean bathroom with good hot water and good pressure. A large bedroom which was very quiet, and with big cupboards. There was a large foldable clothes rack, and clothes dried very quickly. Located on a quiet street just a few minutes from the middle of town, and with a supermarket minutes away. Also, the apartment is 100% wheelchair accessible: there are no steps at the entrance to the building, to the lift, and to the apartment, and no steps inside the apartment, so I would recommend this apartment for people with mobility issues (i.e. in a wheelchair). I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in several apartments during our trip to Spain, but this one was by far the best! The location is excellent, and despite being in the city center, the superb soundproofing kept all street noise out. Both the host and the local receptionist were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The apartment is very modern, spotlessly clean, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and easy. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout the apartment. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.

The apartment is located on a safe and quiet street. It is spotlessly clean and have many personal touch such as water, beer and even nuts! I particularly appreciate their provision of first-aid supplies. My son has hurted his leg accidentally and I could find what I need to treat his wound timely. Thank you.

Objekat Palacete 1620, Premium Suites, Only adults se nalazi na 5 min. It was very personalised. We were asked ETA & there was a cheerful & friendly lady waiting at reception. She assisted us with checkin & provided us with really useful tips for food & places of interest. There is a particular cathedral which she highly recommmended. It was not on our radar, was not in most google searches or travelblogs but turned out to be the most stunning place. WOW thanks plenty. Restaurants recommended didnt disappoint. We happened to meet the owner of this amazing property. He so generously shared with us its history, renovation process & secret cellar. Such a privilege to call this gem our home for a couple of nights. Without a doubt, will recommend to all friends. Photos on booking.com don't do justice to our apartment and the common compound, the courtyard. IRL the place is just so tranquil and zen, full of character. We are 2 couples travelling together in 2 separate apartments and we had memorable moments in the courtyard, night cap and churrios brekkie. Neighbourhood is safe with quick access to squares & squares of restaurants. The property is a peaceful quiet oasis in the midst of all the bustling squares nearby. Cathedral de Granada is round the corner. Right in front of property is a local playground. We see local families chatting and kids playing. NIce vibes. Location is perfect for visits to all touristy sights. short pleasant stroll to bus to Allambra, St NIcholas Parador etc. The only sight we needed to uber to is that beautiful cathedral recommended by staff and owner.
