The room was a nice size, the bed was super comfortable as well as the pillows and blankets. There are pajamas available and a laundry area in case you need to wash your clothes. We got several bottles of complementary water and they also ship your bags to another city for a very reasonable price. Breakfast has a variety of options. The staff went out of the way to help with some dietary restrictions. Were really grateful for that. In a nutshell, the hotel was worth the money. We slept like babies.

We booked Japanese tradition room which has one king size bed and a tatami that can fit another 3, we are a family of 4 so it's very comfortable. You can eat or enjoy tea time on the tatami! The room was also very clean and staff are very friendly! Free self laundry is another bonus! 2 subway stations nearby and walking distance to Nishiki market. Easy transportation to tour Kyoto and even Arashiyama.

It was a 10 mins walk from the nearest station so, if you bring big luggages, it will be a hassle. The customer service was good. Check-in process went smoothly with easy instructions. Might come here again if I got the chance to visit Osaka once again.

THE BEST!!! absolutely loved it here, location is great only a minute walk onto the shopping street with so many food and shopping options very close to the river as well. Room was amazing so comfortable and immaculately clean, facilities were great and provided everything you needed. Definitely recommend to anyone our apartment was huge and had 4 small double beds and a sofa, fully functional kitchen area and lovely bathroom.

Rooms are spacious, super clean.
