During this charming workshop, you'll explore two of Bulgaria's most respected customs – the making of rose jam, and yogurt. You'll head to a traditional Bulgarian house where you'll watch demonstrations on making the fragrant jam and leavening yogurt. You'll learn how the special jam is crafted from young, oil-bearing Kazanlak roses, picked early in the morning – a ritualistic custom.
