During this 2.5-hour experience, you’ll learn how to create authentic Italian pasta and taste fine wines. You’ll begin with a guided stroll through Frascati, walking down quaint alleys and seeing picturesque spots. On reaching a family-run wine cellar, you’ll hear about the region’s wine production before beginning a pasta class. You’ll learn how to prepare fresh, homemade pasta and the secrets to preparing typical Roman sauces like carbonara, amatriciana and cacio e pepe. A local hiking guide will guide you to discover the natural wonders and the historical and archaeological remains hidden in this place. During the journey to the island the monitoring activity begins: the guide gives the participants the tablets on which the species observed will be indicated. We will observe the rock in search of the main species of algae to understand the ecological quality of the coast, and we will sharpen our eyes to identify and count the two main species of sea urchins, essential engineers of our ecosystem.
