Please join me for a guided walk at Institute Park in Worcester for an introductory session in Nature & Forest Therapy. Nature & Forest Therapy, also know as Forest Bathing, is a world-wide health and wellness practice. Being in Nature is good for the body, mind, and soul. This activity is open to everyone, and is accessible if you are able to manage mobility on a mowed lawn (can get around Institute Park).
