WHAT SETS US APART
We wanted to differentiate between the whole market by taking the roots of flamenco from
its principles.
Between 1920 and 1955, flamenco shows were held in the bullrings and in
Theatres. These shows were known as The Flemish Opera.
At this time the flamenco shows spread throughout Spain and the main
cities of the world. The great social and commercial success achieved by flamenco at this time
removed some of the older, more sober sticks from the stage.
With the Flemish Opera, came a time of open creativity, which made up most of
from the flamenco repertoire. Great figures such as Manuel Torre, Antonio Chacón,
Pepe Marchena, the Girl with the Combs, and Manolo Caracol.
Which is why we want to bring back to Madrid this essence of the shows, including choirs, violin, and some surprises...
