This workshop will introduce you to the art of ceramics. You'll be shown basic skills by an artisan instructor before working to create your own clay cup. Once you've moulded your piece, you'll learn how to add texture and have a chance to add decorations. You'll also learn about the history and traditions of clay work.

This workshop is suitable for beginners, but please arrive on time as key ceramic skills are taught at the beginning.
Please note that ceramic takes time to dry. Cups can be picked up or posted after a few days.
If you would like your cup to be posted, please note that shipping costs are not included and will depend on the destination. You can also opt to leave your cup behind and select a finished one to take home as a souvenir.
Please note that this activity is easier with short fingernails.
If you are bringing children, please inform the provider in advance of the number of children and their ages. There must be a minimum of one adult per child.
