On this full-day tour, you’ll take in the charm of the Tuscan countryside and visit several noteworthy cities and towns. You’ll stop at the hilltop town of San Gimignano, medieval Siena and Colle di Val d'Elsa and visit a winery, among other activities.
In the city of Siena, you can view the historic centre with its duomo and the famous Piazza del Campo where the Palio Horse Race takes place. For the wine tasting, you’ll head to a Tuscan winery in the heart of the Chianti region. San Gimignano will offer you a beautiful example of a medieval urban centre, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You’ll have free time here to discover the squares, palaces, churches and towers. You’ll also explore the hidden-gem commune of Colle di Val d'Elsa and visit Monteriggioni, a tiny, fortified village.
