During this experience, you'll learn the secrets of Sorrento-style cuisine with a private cooking class in the home of a local food enthusiast. Before the class, your host will take you to a food market where they will help you pick out the best ingredients for your lesson.
Once you've returned, you'll have the opportunity to cook local specialities, such as Mozzarella in Carrozza, 'Sorrentina' style Gnocchi and Aubergine Parmigiana. After the session, you'll be able to sit down and taste the fruits of your labour, paired with a glass of regional wine.
