With this experience, you’ll participate in an Italian cooking class in Rome and enjoy your preparations for dinner. You’ll arrive at the Tucci restaurant in Piazza Navona for the cooking class. You’ll learn how to cook three traditional Italian dishes from a local chef. Firstly, you’ll learn how to prepare a classic tiramisu. You’ll then proceed to make two types of pasta – fettuccine and ravioli, from scratch, using flour and eggs. You’ll also learn how to prepare the accompanying sauces made with seasonal ingredients to go with the pasta. You can then taste your preparations for dinner, accompanied by a glass of wine or limoncello or coffee.
