With this ticket, you can explore Lisbon Zoo, a facility that supports global conservation efforts, at your own pace. Inside, you'll find over 2000 animals, with species ranging from Sumatran tigers to orangutans. You'll have access to all available activities and events and also be able to go for a ride on the cable car with views over the zoo.

The closest metro stop is Jardim Zoologico Station, served by the Blue line, a one-minute walk from the zoo.
Please note that your voucher is valid for 120 days from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 16:45 on the last day.
Head to access point 6 and have your mobile voucher scanned.
Please note that participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service, and no refunds will be given.
Re-entry to the zoo is permitted within the same day; just show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry.
Pets and service animals are not permitted inside.
Please note that the zoo is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by duplicated tickets, and admission on duplicate tickets may be refused.

Cable car operation will be suspended on rainy or windy days.
The cable car is not recommended for visitors with reduced mobility, heart problems or vertigo or who are pregnant.

The zoo is wheelchair-accessible, but wheelchairs and strollers are not permitted inside the cable-car cabins.
