On this guided tour from Hammamet, you'll visit the holy city of Kairouan and El Djem Amphitheatre.
Your first stop will be the walled city of Kairouan, which is surrounded by sandstone walls. The old town is a maze of narrow streets and whitewashed homes with colourful shutters and brick laid archways. During your time, you'll visit the Great Mosque with its large prayer hall, arcade courtyard and minaret. You'll also see the Sidi Sahbi Mausoleum, a popular site for pilgrimages. You'll then stop for lunch before arriving in El Djem, where you'll see its 35,000-seat Roman amphitheatre, which once hosted gladiator fights.
