Beach rentals in Nikiti

A great luxury and comfortable with contemporary design in Nikiti. The location was great as Nikiti is on the "entrance" of Sithonia so closer to the airport comparatively to other locations distantly. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was spacious with nice shower. The apartment had all the necessities to spend a pleasant day and night. They also allowed us early check in with the lovely lady at the reception showing sensitivity to our needs. Thanks for the wonderful stay. I strongly recommend it !! 🤩

Hotel is just fabulous, small, comfy. In this hotel you can relax and enjoy in quite and relaxed place you vacation. Room has comfortable beds, clean and modern bathroom, kitchen has stuff to prepare light lunch, coffee/tea is fulfilled daily. Pool area is with comfortable sunbeds. Location is also super cool: stores, bakery, beach all is reachable by foot walk. Private Parking is available!

Very nice host who welcomed us with tea, coffee, water and even surprised with fruits, wine. The suite is spacious, modern, has all utilities. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and short drive to other beautiful beaches. Free parking just outside the hotel. We had a very nice stay! Much recommend!

Very clean accommodation with a good location. Bed was super comfortable and friendly staff. I’m also obsessed with how the hotel was smelling, please tell me what cleaning supplies do you use 😂. Everything, especially the garden and swimming pool.

First of all, the room was very clean and cosy. The location is not too far from the center of Nikiti. Secondly, the host is very nice and friendly and eager to help in case you need something. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, microwave, electric stove in case you come with a one-two year old child.

We had an amazing stay with all the comfort we need. The owners and the personnel are extremely nice people, taking care of every request immediately and they have a very friendly approach, Thank you!!! The entire place is superb. Swimming pool area, breakfasts, rooms, parking… literally everything works perfect. We were surprise with a variety of snacks and drinks you can order for your room or near the swimming pool. These are very tasteful as well, good job! The place can be a base for different trips in Chalkidiki or you can spend your time staying there as it’s a beautiful place for relax. Nice flat in quite a good position even if not in the city centre. The nearest beach is not very appealing but there are many nicer nearby..

The staff here is amazing, always polite, friendly, attentive! They went above and beyond for us to have a pleasant stay. When we were hanging out with some friends on the terrace, a lady brought us some ice cream. The guy from the Front Desk saw us hanging out at the pool and he brought us some beers to refresh. When we checked out, they gave us some homemade honey and wine. These are such nice gestures and they made our stay even better! They are the most hospitable people we have ever met! The apartment was spotless! It is very clean and well-maintained, they pay attention to details. They refreshed the room every 2-3 days. The place is located in a small very quiet street with no traffic. Nikiti beach is 4-minutes walk, super convenient. Supermarkets, bakeries, tavernas and restaurants approachable by foot. They have private parking right outside the building. We didn't use the pool much, as it's in the shade after 2-3 PM, but it was clean and well maintained.

We stayed here for a week and were thoroughly impressed. The host has organized everything exceptionally well—the space is not only clean and convenient but also features a very friendly, thoughtful design. Spacious rooms, cozy terrace with a sea view and the lovely plants surrounding the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. On top of that, the hospitality was top-notch: we received high-quality daily cleaning, fresh towels every day, and attentive care, complete with little unexpected gifts. Unforgettable stay. Highly recommended!
