I very seldom give 10/10 reviews but this place deserved it. The host welcomed me with tea and fruit and looked after me throughout my stay. He speaks a little English, with French, Russian and Armenian his main languages. He always offered food, drink and assistance in everything. We went out to dinner together at a good cheap local place. I arrived with an upset stomach from earlier, he went out to get me medication. The location is whisper quiet and comfortable, old fashioned and charming. And for once, no annoying stray dogs and cats. A very nice stay indeed.

Nice house, comfortable kitchen, small bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Great place to relax with your family and friends. The host is hospitable, responsive and friendly. The rooms are super clean and are equipped with everything you need. There are the best restaurants nearby and the Sevanavank monastery which offers you the most outstanding view of Lake Sevan.
