Lovely and clean throughout & great location.

Great location - walking distance to Semaphore Road shops/restaurants and the beach. Got to know the neighbourhood really well on some early morning runs - very peaceful and the neighbours were friendly as well. Loved the back courtyard - great for a relaxing coffee in the morning or dining al fresco at home; it felt like a luxury to be able to do this in the privacy of our own yard 🙂 The separate third bedroom at the rear of the house was also really good for our teenaged son - gave him some privacy but also very accessible if needed. One last thing - really appreciated the code for the front door lock instead of a key. Made it much easier for us to split up to do our own thing without having to pre-plan anything - very cool 😎

Great location, very comfortable home with everything you need including a bbq and great outdoor area. The hosts are very accommodating, we have stayed here a few times and would happily book again.

Although it didn’t look much from the outside (being above a shop) this was a great unit. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Great kitchen for cooking and a full size fridge. A 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. Thought it was good value and an added bonus was we could bring our dog

Great Amenities, Bedrooms where spacious & very clean, comfortable lounge room area with decent size tv, over all very good property & location.

I was booked into the wrong place and the staff were very accomodating and understanding. I stayed one night in the vacinity and then moved to the correct location. The room was perfect for my family that flew in to stay as well and we were too far away from the other location to remain at this site. The area was nice and quite during our stay too.

It was walking distance from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Also it had everything you would need for cooking. I've stayed at many places and usually I had to buy food which catered to the place. Nick has made sure every bit of cooking utensils etc is available. Plus any bathroom stuff. It was amazing. Nick also made sure that he was available even over the Xmas period. Absolutely fantastic stay.

A beautiful character filled comfortable cottage, perfect for our needs, close to the beach & local shops. If you are looking for a comfort & character this is the ideal place

The property is perfect for any type of holiday! Three amazing bedrooms with quite possibly the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on! Generous space so you are not on top of others in the house. Location, location, location! Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance and the beach at the end of the street is just breathtaking to view every morning. The kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home, including a coffee machine!

Close to the beach, transport and cafes. Lots of space and quiet.

This property is absolutely phenomenal! Could not fault it one bit, pool was amazing, house was amazing everything was just perfection 👌 😍 we did not want to leave it was great! Will DEFINITELY be back again!
