excellent hotel with excellent heated pools ( outdoor and indoor) which is excellent for day which is cold and rainy . breakfast is very good with variety of foods. 30 min drive from luzern center and 1 hour drive to Juangfrau region highly recommended

What a spectacular experience. Felt like we were staying with a friend. She went above and beyond for recommendations for us. Assisted us with laundry, and provided a wonderful breakfast every morning. The location was absolutely perfect. Quiet, right by the train, and close to surrounding activities and restaurants.

This was my first European visit. This was my first hostel. Wow, I never need a hotel again. The room could not be more, Clean & and sheets, professionally cleaned & pressed I was greeted as I walked in. I was offed a towel, as it was raining. The courtesy was genuine & sincere.

Super fast and easy check-in, friendly staff, amazing location right in front of the lake, big spacious room and comfortable bed, parking no problem and nice restaurant on the other side of the building as well even though I didn't get a chance to try it myself. When I realized that I would have to leave before breakfast opened at 8am the staff was so kind to prepare me a delicious calzone plus croissant and juice in the early morning which was perfect!
