I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tijereto during my vacation in Colombia, and I must say, it was an experience beyond compare! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Let's start with the comfort—the hotel exceeded all expectations! The furnishings were tastefully chosen, but simple, creating a soothing ambiance that instantly relaxed me. The bed was a great. Now, let's talk about the beach. The hotel's location offered breathtaking views of pristine, powdery white sand beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters that stretched as far as the eye could see. It was like stepping into a postcard! . The beach loungers and umbrellas provided by the hotel ensured I could relax in style while savoring the gentle sea breeze.

The facilites, the cabañas, the staff and the food. That they don’t allow people playing loud music, only the hotel’s. And had a great time kayaking the island. it’s paradisiac and perfect to have a relaxed time with some caipirinhas.

Great location with sunset view; lovely grounds and well-tended landscaping; very clean and peaceful; two small pools, great for cooling off; excellent food and drinks; friendly and helpful staff; highly recommend the large bamboo hut with ocean view, the best room on the island!

The location is unbeatable, and is hands down the best spot on the island. The staff are great and the manager Andres goes the extra mile to make your trip to/from the island easy and your stay awesome. The whole vibe of the place is very relaxed and you can do as much or as little as you want. The rooms and accommodation style is definitely basic and involves being close to nature but that was a plus for us, something to be aware of if you’re looking for luxury. We only speak very basic Spanish but there was always someone available to help us translate when needed. The wifi worked well 90% of the time, and there were some books in different languages and games available to borrow at reception.

The staff were super nice and always helpul!! they helped us to find everything we were looking for (the little village and the dock we had to go for our boat). We did the fishing activity and it was the best time ever! A super kind father (Jose) and his son took us on a tour of the islands, then you fish for a good 1h30 and after we did snorkeling!! the activity lasted for a good 4 hours and you have the chance to eat what you fish at night for free!! For the price of 100,000 pesos you really get the most of it, we really recommand:) Joris and Alexia

Beautiful location, only 6 rooms so staying overnight was a once in a lifetime experience. Food was great. The room was amazing, with an outdoor shower. We woke up and swam on the sea watching the sunrise and had the beach club to ourselves after 4pm. Highly recommend staying overnight. The staff were great, very attentive, especially Yuri, who was the best!
