The hotel rooms are spacious with wide terrace and bathroom. Everywhere is spotless clean. The TV is big. The furniture is modern and new. The bed was king size and it was comfy. I liked very much that you have buttons to control the whole room right beside the bed so you don’t need to get up from the bed to open/close the curtains or to start/stop the AC. The hotel provides a big parking. The pool is big and has all kinds of seating and lounging options around it, including sun loungers, double daybeds, and bean bags. The breakfast was good with a good variety of options to choose from. Everyday while we were at the beach our room was cleaned. And we got new towels. The location is close to Nissi beach and its kind of in the center of the city. Everything is on walking distance from the hotel. The stuff was very friendly, kind and professional. I really appreciated them and would like to thank all of them for the great experience which the gave us through out our stay. I rarely enjoy something as much as my stay in Abacus suites. And I would gladly return again.

Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast has lots of choices. Pool bar food is very tasty and big servings. Bus stop a short walk away with buses going to places like Ayia Napa, Larnaca or Mackenzie beach and the 425 bus to the airport for €2.50. The swimming pool gets the sun all day and there’s lots of beds and umbrellas. Hotel also supplies beach/pool towels and there’s shampoo and shower gel in the rooms.

Great and friendly staff, especially Ioana and front desk. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. You can hear the hallway a bit, but it’s like this in all hotels. The food is amazing, both breakfast and dinner (both buffet). Dinner has a different theme every evening: mexican, greek, italian etc.Dinner variety and quality is at it’s best. Nevertheless, if you don”t eat that much, you may skip half board option and choose from multiple restautants in town. Pool is huge and never gets crowded, it’s not heated, but not so cold. Pool area is quiet due to Adults Only hotel policy and has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Due to the position of the hotel a good part of the sunbeds are in the sun light in the afternoon -not a problem as you can move to others cause it’s not crowded, people usually go to the beach. To access the beach, you need to go down the road in front of the hotel, 2-3min walk. The beach is in a golf area: to rent sunbed 3.5 Eur/person/day, one umbrella 3 Eur/day - 2026 prices. The restaurants and shops are at 12-15 min flat walk on the main street (full of friendly cats). The entire area is very safe. Old harbour with lovely boats, a small white and blue church and some shops and restaurants is at 20min walk. Enjoy it!

A beautiful, clean hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and a highly professional welcoming team. We were lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with a large balcony, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The views are stunning, and the beach and pool are definite highlights of the hotel. The staff deserve special praise for their exceptional service, warmth, and hospitality. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

We had a wonderful stay in a recently renovated Deluxe Apartment. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and towels were changed daily. The pool was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The location is quiet but still close to the main road. Nissi Beach is about a 25-minute walk, and the bus stop is only a few minutes away. Sigma Bakery is also nearby, perfect for coffee and breakfast at reasonable prices. Overall, a lovely and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!
