Excellent staff, very very friendly and helpful Very nice room and facilities, like gym, pool etc

The staff were all excellent. Special mention to Mohamed Dilo from the reception who went the extra mile to help us with our bike panniers. The swimming pool was of a very good size and wasn't too busy when I used it.

A lovely old building with a lot of flair in the middle of a national park teeming with wildlife, enough parking, comfortable rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. Even our dog was given a warm welcome and was allowed in the restaurant at all times. Dinner service was superb!

Good breakfast. The apartment and the bed was nice, and had everything needed. But I did not actually use the kitchenette. A short walk to the village center.

The house is amazing. Super comfortable and beautiful, and has absolutely everything you need for your stay. We loved every minute of our trip. The city is also cute, it was adorable.

The house is located 5 to 10min near the coast. Rooms are clean, bright and well designed with wooden furniture. Breakfast was suited with vegan and vegetarian food options, varieties of bread with different toppings, fresh and local products, delicious tea and refreshing drinks, homemade cake. Staff is friendly and welcoming, I got recommendations for the activities and sightseeing in Prerow, and entire sauna booked after a long day of hiking. Overall it was outstanding experience, I will definitely return. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect location, close to the beach and all relevant facilities. Our room was very comfortable, well equipped and clean. We stayed jn the new building. Very friendly and supportive staff. Breakfast had plenty of choice for all tastes and diets and despite the place was fully booked there was always everything available. We had half board, dinner was good. We only stayed one day, so did not have time to use the wellness area. They are well prepared to welcome dogs.
