The perfect location. The hotel—and especially the hosts—made our vacation full of wonderful moments. Our room had a balcony—a great place to wind down in the evening. A lovingly prepared breakfast and pleasant conversations with our host. The town of Nysted, with its beautiful harbor atmosphere, and the locals—especially the ladies at the tourist information center—made our stay truly wonderful. We’ll be back—that’s for sure......

Charming stylish boutique hotel, perfectly located in a small, historic village by the sea. The completely uncrowded beach is 100m from the hotel. The facilities were excellent, staff first class and general environment unbelievably calm and relaxing. Regrettably we were passing through so only spent one night. Next time hopefully a bit longer. If like us you are driving from elsewhere in Europe to Sweden via the Puttgarden ferry, this is a perfect place to over-night.

Friendly host who met us at reception. We loved visiting the animals, and the play equipment and huge garden were absolutely amazing. Although the garden is shared, it is enormous and has plenty of private little seating areas so everyone has their own space and it still feels private. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was extremely convenient for onward travel, but still quiet enough to enjoy a good night's sleep. We had a great day out on the steam train from Maribo to the little beach at Bandholm (our little boy goes nuts for steam trains) after finding the information online by chance! We definitely hope to come back!

During our visit to Knuthenborg Safaripark, we were lucky to stay at this wonderful place. My family and I travel very often, so we know how to judge accommodation based on real travel experience — and honestly, this place was absolutely fantastic. The location is excellent and only about five minutes by car from the shopping center. The breakfast was very good, and the host, Don, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the place is perfect for families. There is also a TV with many channels suitable for both adults and children. Don brought us breakfast items, a nice bottle of wine, good beer, and even fresh delicious strawberries — all complimentary and simply as a gesture of hospitality. Honestly, this man is the right person in the right place. Thank you so much, Don! We highly recommend this place.🌹

Everything was thought of. Even games where present and the house had a great atmosphere. I could have comfortably stayed there longer. The place is beautiful and just a short drive from the harbor of Rødney, but it feels like miles away. You just need to take bedsheets, towels, cloths and toiletries and you're all set.
