Very nice location, calm atmosphere, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, in nature and just a few hundred meters to the small harbour and the beach - highly recommendable if you are looking for a space to relax!

big room with a lot of light, clean bathroom, very calm street but 2 steps away from cafés and regular market. there is parking place and breakfast is nice as well. The owner is very nice and accommodating.

If you have a busy life and want to get away from it all in peak season, yet still be within reach of fabulous markets and sights with lots to see and do as a family or couple, then this is a great place! The location is top notch, right by the beach with no busy roads around. You can cycle everywhere, mostly on quiet roads or segregated cycle tracks, often lined with wild flowers alive with butterflies. There is a market in a different town every day within cycling distance - fresh fish, veg, crafts, everything (most take card payment). Added to the natural location and superb beach, the hosts are just wonderful - I felt safe and looked after, but with privacy and space to enjoy family time. The breakfast was above and beyond, and I loved the fresh juice every morning. I liked the set up with breakfast served in the main house, which I have found is quite usual for a French Chambre d'Hote. We booked both rooms for a family of 4 and they are adjacent and we had a beautiful wooden terrace to relax on. Very nice selection of comfortable sun loungers, tables and chairs, parasols and deck chairs. We used the hosts' BBQ several times, it's a good electric one and sizzled our market goodies beautifully. A family/couples place for active nature loving people. C'est genial. I recommend the restaurant La Case Iodee in Port Marin (cycling distance), super seafood and relaxed ambience with excellent service.

Gorgeous self contained little villa, with its own pool and in a lovely private garden near the beach and village centre

Warm, spacious room, huge shower, with a view across the pool and harbour. Parking right outside the hotel. Julian looked after us very well during our stay, arranging dinner at our favourite restaurant on the island (L’Etier) and also booking us a taxi from the hotel. My wife enjoyed the spa, and we had the luxury of a 12pm check out, meaning we could explore the town as well.

Everything—- amazing view of the sea, and lovely quiet location.

The property was just as described, clean well kept and comfortable, also the location was great.

Fabulous location - you really couldn’t wish for a better spot on Noirmoutier-en-l’Île. It is such a short walk to the town centre and there were lots of places to eat - including delicious ice cream. The receptionist was friendly and super helpful and the villa was just what we expected.
