We felt very much at home; the place was warmly and lovingly furnished. Our dog was well catered for, too, and we slept very well. Our daughter was even provided with a bodyboard, so we didn't have to buy one. The location was good for excursions to The Lizard Point or Land's End—about an hour's drive—but the scenery was so beautiful that the travel time didn't really matter. We would definitely come back. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We had everything we needed and for the price you couldn’t ask for more.

Caravan was clean and tidy on arrival. Very spacious and particularly liked the decking around the outdoor area, giving additional space for the dog and baby to explore safely. Location was close enough to the beach (Mawgan Porth) and Newquay for us to travel daily but far enough away that there weren't huge, rowdy crowds or groups of people nearby to disturb us. It was a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Omg the garden room looks so amazing, you got your 100% privacy, not far from all nice beaches, breakfast served like in 5* hotels. Owners so nice couples will give you ideas for all nice places to see.

Great location, size and affordability.

We are a family of four and this property was perfect for our stay. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, only a short walk to the beach and coastal path, which made exploring Newquay very easy. The host was friendly and responsive, and we felt at home throughout our holiday.

Beautiful spacious flat, in a good location close to local amenities. The flat had everything you could need and more to make your break feel like a home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals and if you didn't want to cook, there are lots of takeaways nearby that also deliver right to your door. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were all spotless. Couldn't recommend Ranalegh Court enough if you are staying in the area, we would definitely stay again!

Nice family caravan got everything what need for 2 family’s.

Easy to find. Well set out and very welcoming feel to it. The beds were very comfortable and lots of storage space. The shower is powerful and lovely hot water. I'd happy recommend this as a place to stay. With a shop, swimming pool , laundrette, and a clubhouse with in walking distance. The local beach is just about walkable and everywhere you go is very friendly. Host is easily contactable and very helpful. Signal for phone is terrible but there is WiFi so make sure you download details prior to arrival 😀 before you can connect to Wi-Fi A big thank you to our host for making my weekend enjoyable

Stayed here recently in Porth, Newquay and honestly couldn’t fault it a solid 10/10. The caravan itself was spotless when we arrived, and you could tell it had been properly looked after. Plenty of space for a three-bedroom setup, which made it perfect for our group no one felt cramped and the layout was really well thought out. The beds were comfortable, the living area was cosy, and everything you’d need for a stay was there. Location-wise, it’s ideal. Just a short walk down to Porth Beach, which is a massive bonus, especially if you like a quieter spot compared to the busier Newquay beaches. Still close enough to get into town easily when you want a bit more going on. The little details made a difference too. Clean linens, well-equipped kitchen, and everything working exactly as it should. It felt more like a home than a typical holiday rental. JC has done a really good job with the mood lighting for the evenings, which made it feel even more relaxing and inviting. Overall, great value for money, perfect location, and a really comfortable stay. Would 100% come back again and happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break in Newquay.
