Really beautiful house with an amazing garden on a quiet little road, less than 5 minute walk to an amazing sandy beach with sunbeds, beachbar/cafe and tavern. Owner extremely helpful and friendly but also tactful!

Staying at Nicolas Luxury Suites was an absolute highlight of our trip to Greece. This place far exceeded our expectations, offering a perfect blend of high-end comfort and a unique, vibrant atmosphere. As we were visiting for the Iniochos 2026 Spotters Day, we were thrilled to find out that active fighter pilots participating in the exercises were also staying at the suites! Being able to relax and interact with them in such an informal, high-standard setting made our trip truly spectacular. It’s the ultimate endorsement of this hotel’s quality. Our room was incredibly comfortable and featured two private balconies. Waking up to serene views of the surrounding nature from two different perspectives was pure luxury and the perfect way to start a busy day. We absolutely loved the separate gazebo with dedicated BBQ facilities. It’s a fantastic spot for evening integration and outdoor dining, surrounded by greenery and peace. The interiors are stylish, modern, and spotlessly clean. The staff’s hospitality is second to none—they truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel like a VIP. Whether you are an aviation enthusiast looking for the best base for Iniochos or a traveler seeking luxury and tranquility, Nicolas Luxury Suites is the place to be. We will definitely be back for the next edition!

Greeted by the Owners that live on site. I gave an update on my time of arrival & they opened the electric gate when we arrived in the driveway. Private secure parking is always welcome & the garden area would suit younger guests! 😉 Personal guided tour of the accommodation & all queries we had answered concisely in English. 👍 Super location close by to the beach & beachfront bars & restaurants. (200 metres to the nearest!) but far enough away to be unaffected by clientele. Candies on the table & water in the fridge was confirmation of the level of detail & commitment offered by the Hosts! 👌

The breakfast boxes were very good value. Kourouta and Marathias Beach were both in walking distance.

I really liked how clean and well-maintained everything was. The owner was very kind and welcoming. The facilities were modern and brand new, and the pool was excellent-clean, relaxing, and a great place to spend time. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Beautiful place, a peaceful complex with 8 apartments, very clear and cozy. A few hundred metres from the sea and less than 10' drive from Kourouta. The pool was super , especially for kids. There is a small kitchen with all the amenities . Angie is always with a smile ready to help anytime. . We will definitely come back

Like the whole villa - architecture, facilities and the great location only few meters from the sea! The beach is very long, calm with few people. Ideal for tranquil summer holiday!
