This is the best place we have ever stayed. The owner, Eleftheria, was incredible she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable and really did make it perfect. It's so great that we booked another week with her whilst we were staying here. Quiet, private, and spotless. 5 mins stroll town the street past a few bars and restaurants to the beach at agios nikitas. Every morning we would go to the beach and right around the rocks to a more rocky part where it was completely private and proper greek pebble beach not sand. I have recommended this place to everyone since being back for the price and the location it can't be beaten.

Amazing hosts, the room was very clean, the balcony was incredible. The location was fantastic, nearby the beach and the mini market. It was also pretty quiet and we fully enjoyed our stay! We highly recommend it!

It is located right next to the main road, has a parking lot, a swimming pool, and the area around the pool is nicely decorated. The owners Kostas and Nikos are very kind and always at your service. The location is very convenient for visiting all the beaches by car on that side of the island. The nearest place Agios Nikitas is 2 kilometers away, and Lefkada City is 16 kilometers away.

Located in a small olive grove off the main road, we thought anthia was just so beautiful . The outside space and privacy is perfect. Touches such as hanging chairs , a bbq space, grape vines , sun beds , washing lines, outdoor tables and chairs mean that it has everything you could want . The home itself is full equipped and has traditional charm , the bathroom is a good size as is the kitchen and living areas . We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay here.
