Literally we loved everything about this property. The place is amazing with a little private beach. Very quiet area. The room was simply beautiful with a huge terrace to enjoy. Great attention to details. The owner was amazingly kind and helpful.

A beautiful and peaceful place right in front of the beach — quiet, warm, and comforting, like being gently wrapped in a cozy nest. The apartment is new, spotless, and everything feels fresh and well cared for. Both the sofa and beds were very comfortable, and the closets were easy to use. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was spacious and relaxing. Although the living room was a bit compact, it actually added to the sense of coziness and calm — perfect for unwinding and slowing down. Everything, from the clean, well-chosen tableware to the thoughtful touches throughout the space, reflected the owner’s care and attention. It was a truly comfortable stay, and we would be happy to return.

The location couldn’t be better — just a few steps from the beach, right in front of the sea. The apartment felt private and open, with a lovely terrace and high ceilings that gave a wonderful sense of space. One of the two bedrooms had large glass doors and windows facing the sea, filling the room with light and a beautiful sense of openness. The view through the window was like a framed painting — absolutely stunning. Falling asleep to the sound of gentle waves made it a truly relaxing holiday. There were two bathrooms, everything was spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped and clean, making it easy to enjoy cooking during our stay. The host was friendly, cheerful, and always quick to respond, making sure we felt comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would love to come back for a longer stay.

This is a really lovely, well-tended flat with AMAZING views of the Gulf of Corinth. The wrap-around balcony has multiple seating areas with different views, and even the view from the kitchen window is the perfect way to start the day. Street parking is easy, and the entry instructions were exceptionally clear. There are two small pebbly beaches across the street, and a friendly woman stopped her car to take our family picture as we were wading at one of them. The immediate neighborhood (the first couple of blocks toward town) is not as beautiful as the inside of the apartment, but a few blocks further is a charming marina-front area with lots of restaurants, a wonderful bakery with great Greek coffee and friendly staff, and tropical fish swimming right up against the pier. We had planned to stay just a night after a visit to Delphi but were sorry that we couldn't stay and enjoy those views longer. Thank you to Efi for a lovely stay--we found fresh apples on the counter, a bottle of cold water in the fridge, and some coffee to get out morning started. Definitely a memorable and soothing spot!

This was a beautiful property. There were 4 of us and it was absolutely perfect. The ambience could not be better. We spent a lot of time on the terrace watching the sea. The kitchen was well appointed. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Everything was lovely. An easy walk to restaurants and a grocery store. We took a day trip to Delphi. Perfect location for that. I would highly recommend this place and I hope to return myself. It was very relaxing.

Wonderful beach house with modern equipment. It’s wonderful to look at the sea from the balcony with pine trees all around. And it’s like having a private beach too. Local restaurants by the sea side are good. Big thumbs up for the honey farm experience from the same owner where we learnt everything about bees and honey.

The location on the beach and the proximity to Delphi were the main attractions to booking this accommodation and we were not disappointed at all. Beautiful views and access to the sea from the doorstep.

The hotel is situated close to the centre of town, but away from the noisiest beachfront area. There is howveer a private beach area accessible directly from the gorund floor of the hotel. The views from the hotel rooms across the bay are wonderful, with hills and mountains beyond the water. The town itself has all the amneities you would require. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfact was excellent.

perfect location in a delightful spot . just a short walk along the beach you come to a good fish restaurant and the town of Itea a short drive away is Delphi with its fantastic museum and stunning archeological site , mount parnassos ski center, arachova, and lovely coastal villages close by . the apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable lots of hot water lovely view and hosts Mama Elenie was very helpful . exceptional outside areas.and parking right outside we will stay again . thank you Elenie .
