Amazing stay at this lovely apartment in a peaceful rural location. Spacious, spotlessly clean and very well-equipped apartment with a beautiful view. Incredibly friendly and welcoming host, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We're already looking forward to our next stay here, thank you so much!

Quiet location but studio was spacious with two balconies and there was access to swimming pool at all times. We liked being out of the town, but at the same time it meant a longer walk to get to some of the locations in Agia Efimia. Owner/staff were very helpful and there whenever we needed. There were some basic foodstuffs in the fridge on arrival which were very awelcome.

Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Communal area with washer, bbq and tables was great. The communication with the hosts was really good and they did everything they could to accommodate us which was appreciated. The walk into town really isn’t as bad as people make out. There is a path behind the fields or on the main road and it’s no more than 8 mins. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay – Modern, Spotless, and Relaxing We had a wonderful stay, the place was exactly as described – modern, beautifully furnished, and exceptionally clean. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, from the kitchen appliances to the comfortable bed and stylish living room. The location was great too – peaceful and quiet, yet still close to local amenities. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, contemporary, and relaxing place to stay in.

This villa is beautiful. The location, the facilities, the hosts were extremely nice. The Kefalonian wine! We had the best time and highly recommend!

Location great. Wonderful views and a short stroll to the village. Perfect pool right outside the back door. Spacious accommodation and well equipped. Great hosts who kept everything immaculate and were on hand to help with any enquiries.

We have just left after 10 nights here, we highly recommend this stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing lots of recommendations and tips. The place itself was extremely clean, comfortable and modern. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. It has everything you could possibly need, air con was amazing, wifi, tv with Netflix etc, they even provide a beach brolly and waterproof phone case if you want to snorkel (Agia Effimia is an excellent place for it). The location was excellent, Agia Effimia is a wonderful town, it was peaceful but with just enough going on, lots of nice places to eat, shops, boat rental etc. Ermioni’s home is a 30 second walk from the waterfront, so far enough away for privacy but close enough to everything you could need. We really loved our stay, it was exactly what we were looking for and made our holiday one to remember, we will be coming back!

It was perfect for a few nights in the excellent Agia Effimia. The apartment has a lovely, homely look and feel so I felt very comfortable there. It was also very clean and great value for money. The best part though was the host, Panagiota. She is a very lovely person, made sure that I was enjoying my stay and also gave me a great tip on a live music night in the town while there. Efharisto Panagiota!

This hotel deserves every praise for its quiet location, comfortable and big rooms with every detail and price/performance balance. In addition, the attention and care of the hotel owners and the importance they give to cleanliness changed our prejudice towards apart hotels, we can say that we were more comfortable here than any hotel. We highly recommend it especially to the families.

Very clean good walking distance to wharf area & town

One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. We were taken care of like family and absolutely loved our time here.

Afroditi is an excellent host and she really cares about their guests. There was not a single wish of ours that wasn't fulfilled. The apartment was super clean and it was refreshed every day! Not even to mention the view of the whole Agia Efimia village from this cute balcony! higly recommended for families with children!

Wow wow wow. I wont writr too much because i want a place there next year! But, it's an awesome villa with great facilities. New, very clean, my boys couldnt leave the pool, we sat with a glass of local wine on the porch looking at the calm waves after beautiful days in kefalonia. Thank you guys for an outstanding experience in the beautiful quiet Aghia Effimia

The location and staff were fantastic. Convenient parking onsite, efficient check in and check out. The pool was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas
