Amazing House, very large rooms accommodating large groups. It's right next to the beach and has incredible views of the sea. Very.clean and well kept, with nice renovated kitchen and marble floors.

Wonderfull villa with hospitable hosts. There is a fruit garden on the territory. All bedrooms has air conditioner which help us during heat wave. Beach is reachable within 3 minutes. Several restaurants with local food are within 5 minutes walk.

The location is perfect, amazing view by the sea. The host is amazing, super nice and helpful, and she offered some goods from her garden.

The location , the sunset and mrs. Sofias handmade cookies were perfect!! The room was very clean with Minimalist Aesthetic , which i liked a lot. The staff was polite and friendly.

Alexandra’s House was perfectly located a short stroll along a cobblestone street to the divine Limeni harbour. Swim spots, cafes and waterside restaurants were all within easy reach. Great views of the town from the house (particularly upstairs) which was very clean and modern. A bonus was dedicated parking outside the house. Maria was extremely attentive and responsive. In short, this house was perfect … for 2 people like us, or a group of up to 5! Thank you Maria!

A great location. We were lucky to have one of the end rooms with a balcony overlooking the sea. Superb views. Superb breakfasts. The lady who cleaned the rooms did a superb job. All of the staff were really willing to assist and were very friendly. It was nice that a few spoke English. The restaurant served very nice food. The swimming was great.

I can't imagine a better place. Limeni is the most beautiful little town in the Peloponnese, and this is the perfect way to experience it; you're a little outside the village but it's an easy walk, and the property is secluded, with stunning views and every possible comfort. The pool was beautiful, and the host incredibly friendly and helpful. Hope we can come back. If you can manage to snag this, don't think twice.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A luxurious, peaceful base for exploring the Inner Mani We spent three nights at Nest Limeni and, for us, it was exactly the right amount of time. The hotel is perfectly positioned to explore the Inner Mani while providing somewhere genuinely relaxing to return to each afternoon. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Rather than a single hotel room, we had a beautiful suite comprising a separate bedroom, kitchenette, living room and indoor dining area, together with an outdoor dining terrace overlooking the sea. It felt much more like a high-end apartment than traditional hotel accommodation. The finish throughout was excellent: powerful air conditioning (very welcome in July), an excellent shower, a Nespresso machine, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and a smart TV with Apple AirPlay. The atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful. There are relatively few suites, so it never felt crowded. More often than not, we had the small pool entirely to ourselves. It’s worth noting that the pool is designed as somewhere to cool off rather than somewhere to swim lengths, but that suited us perfectly after a morning exploring. The location is ideal if you have a hire car—which, in my view, is essential. Areopoli, with its excellent selection of restaurants, is only five minutes away, while Limeni is equally close and makes for a delightful afternoon of swimming in crystal-clear water, wandering the harbour or enjoying a leisurely lunch by the sea. What really elevated our stay, however, was the hospitality. The staff were exceptional: warm, attentive and effortlessly welcoming. Breakfast was delivered to our suite each morning at whatever time we requested, and essentials such as milk, yoghurt and juice were replenished daily without us ever needing to ask. It was one of those thoughtful touches that made us feel genuinely looked after. Nest Limeni doesn’t try to be a sprawling resort with endless facilities.

An excellent stay overall. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, easy to access, and had an amazing view. Its location was very convenient, close to both Limeni and Areopoli, which made it perfect for exploring the area. Everything was very comfortable and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it without hesitation.
