Beach Hotels in Vari

From the first minute to the last, the staff at Syros Holidays made us feel welcomed, service was great and thanks goes to all especially Katerina how gave us advise of what to visit on the island. This proved evaluable. Thanks to Katerina and the Syros staff for making our stay memorable. Breakfast was fantastic as well.

Huge 3 floors apartment and literally 1 minute walking from the beach.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at Fabrica Breeze in Syros. The accommodation is a detached property, offering the ideal setting for privacy, tranquillity, and restful moments away from the bustle of town life. It is perfectly suited for two people — spacious enough to be comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is superb: within walking distance to Fabrica Beach, Santorinioi Beach, and Vari Beach — all lovely spots, with the latter offering natural shade and excellent swimming conditions. A small local market nearby is convenient for basic necessities. The house itself is thoughtfully arranged, immaculately clean, and well-equipped. Air conditioning is available, though the presence of multiple windows allows for natural ventilation and a pleasant breeze. Insect screens (σίτες) on the windows were a much-appreciated detail. While there is no washing machine, facilities for hand-washing clothes are available and sufficient for short stays. What truly set this place apart were the hosts, Sideris and Eleni. Their hospitality was genuinely heartfelt. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, without ever being intrusive. They regularly provided fresh towels and bedsheets, and were proactive in checking whether we required anything else. Their local knowledge proved invaluable, offering us guidance on what to see, where to go, and which beaches to prioritise — all recommendations that enhanced our stay significantly. Though they are not affiliated with any vehicle rental service (something to arrange independently if needed), they generously offered to drive us to Ermoupoli for groceries on our first day and helped with our luggage on departure. A particularly heartwarming gesture was being gifted fresh eggs from their chickens and getting to taste Eleni’s delicious homemade moussaka — small, personal touches that made us feel genuinely welcomed and at home.

Lovely host, clean and comfortable apartment, good location, easy parking. We would stay here again if ever back on the island!

We had a perfect stay in Syros. The accommodation had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean, and in a quiet, peaceful location — just a 10-minute walk to the market. The owner welcomed us warmly with some shopping for breakfast and even gave us a lovely gift, which made us feel truly at home. Couldn’t have asked for more — highly recommended!

Modern, minimalist, newly built, decorated with style, with references to the history of the Syros and Greece. Welcoming, luxurious, friendly

We had the most wonderful stay and truly couldn’t have asked for more. Our hosts were exceptionally kind, warm, and thoughtful, and their hospitality made us feel more than welcome! The house itself exceeded all our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity we could possibly need — and then some! It is the sweetest little house, clearly cared for with love and great attention to detail, and it felt like a real home away from home. Everything was perfect, and we were genuinely sad to leave. We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here and would love to have the opportunity to return one day.

We love everything. Kostas is the best host ever. The apartment is excellent, very clean, has everything you need, beautiful view, close to the beach... We spent 12 days there and enjoyed every moment. Chilled wine and water awaited us, our host was there for our every question, the apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in May at this beautiful apartment right by the sea! The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the beach from the balcony – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with two spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a nice bathroom. A big bonus was the lovely restaurant just downstairs – delicious food and excellent service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!

Absolutely loved our stay at Faros Resort. We took a taxi from the port but there is a local bus that is cheap and easy also. We stayed a week and loved the room, the swimming pool and the breakfast was really lovely with many different options. We liked that we could walk into the local town to spend the day at the beach or go to a restaurant. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we highly recommend!

The rooms were gorgeous, the location excellent, the staff so so helpful and the breakfast was fantastic.
