My wife and I were really pleased we stayed at Hotel Edan. Podstrana is not far to Split but still has restaurant's, take away food and mini marts close by. The hotel and room were delightful, the staff pleasant and the food in their onsite restaurant top notch. We would highly recommend Hotel Edan.Hotel

The hotel sits directly on a beautiful pebble beach with crystal-clear Adriatic water, you can literally walk out of the lobby and be swimming in less than a minute. What makes this place really special is the combination of being right on the sea while still feeling peaceful and away from the crowds. At the same time, Split is only about 12–15 minutes away by car (or a very scenic 30-minute drive along the coast road). Perfect balance between tranquility and easy access to all the history, restaurants, and nightlife of Split. The stuff is very polite and the views are amazing!

Great location on the beach and easy to get to from the city. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, modern and well furnished.

The staff was great, Petra at the front desk was a gem and we loved chatting with Luca the housekeeper. The apartment was really clean, AC works well, fresh towels whenever and access to laundry services.

Room was pretty. The facilities were pretty good, enjoyable breakfast, nice pool, nice sauna and although it was sometimes hard to park on the hotel it still had plenty of spaces to leave your car

We stayed at this property before, so that attests that we recommend this accommodation. The communication and the check-in is always easy and fast. The parking is secured which is a bonus. We really liked the patio in front of our room with a great sea view. Really nice beach is just down the steps, with complementary sunbeds and umbrellas reserved for the guests. Just be aware that there steps to the beach in case you have restrictions is your walking.

Ana was a tremendous help to us during our stay in Split. We would love to stay at Hotel Neva again should we be fortunate enough to return to Croatia. It was also nice having parking! Lol

- Lovely, quiet & relaxing property. - The pool is very nice (although a bit cold) and the sunbeds are very comfortable. - The garden is really beautiful and always kept spotless by the gardener. - There were a couple of convenient stores nearby, one of which was even open in Sunday. - 3min away from the beach, and many restaurants within walking distance. - Possibility to do laundry - The AC was working well and cooling the room efficiently. - The studio was very clean.

The very best example of property managed by its owners - you can be sure everything is clean you can be sure u can ask if u have a problem and get a friendly answer. Very helpful owners, really felt like my family :) Place is near the beach, but there is also a pool inside the building, we had full second floor so there was enough space for 5 of us, new tv and everything u need in the kitchen, small market just a couple hundred meters away. It is also very good situated if u would kike to travel just near Split, hour an a bit drive to Makarska etc.

The hotel is very new and clean. The room was very nicely decorated and cozy, and the bed really comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Very nice breakfast too. The location is beautiful, right by the coastline. I love absolutely everything about my stay at this hotel.

The location of the apartment is amazing, it’s directly on the beach. It takes 10 minutes to go to the amazing city of Split. The staff is great, friendly and pleasant.

The room was as described when I did the reservation, good parking for the car, public transport nearby for going to Split. The restaurant with a variety of food to chose, good breakfast. Nice people working there. No comments or negative points.

Owners were so friendly and helpful, the swimming pool and the yard are beautiful and breakfast was really really good! Beach in 3 meters from the facility!

Loved our stay at this place, the staff were so extremely nice and thoughtful, they made us feel very welcome. The pool area is very cozy and the gym is well equipped. The room was wonderful and we loved having our little patio as well as the beach just a few meters away. It was a very nice place to stay for 10 days, and we wish we could've stayed longer.
