Nice location and beach. Rooms were relatively well appointed. Staff were nice. Good chauffeur service to the village, where there are two nice locations to eat (Morrisseys and Tubridys).

Very nice B&B with an absolutely delicious breakfast! All the options we had were amazing! Rooms are very comfortable and clean, the location is very good, too. You can easily walk into Kilkee where you have sufficient restaurant options and shops, as well as a beach. Sights like the stunning Irish west coast (f.e. the famous Cliffs of Moher) can easily be reached by car.

John at Sycamore exceeded my expectations! I started to run the half marathon in Kilkee. John greeted me with tea and refreshments, had all the best recommendations for Kilkee and Ireland, and was absurdly kind. The breakfast in the morning was gourmet, delicious and beautiful. I recommend 100 percent. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Phil is a lovely host. So kind and helpful! The house is directly at the sea. The view is great. The surroundings are beautiful and calm.

The breakfast was lovely. A great selection, we chose the evening before. The kids were delighted with their pot of hot chocolate. John was very friendly & answered all our questions. His grandsons were very attentive when serving us.

**** We arrived at this picturesque place near the sea and immediately felt at home. The communication with the hosts was very nice even before we arrived. We received a warm welcome on arrival.
