The manager was exceptionally helpful and friendly . The rest of the staff were really helpful with any of our requests

We absolutely loved it here. The rooms are well appointed and beautifully decorated. The AC was quiet, the water was hot and the bed was comfortable with very clean sheets. The planting around the hotel is also really thoughtful so your short walk to breakfast is lined with fresh blooms and well maintained greenery despite being so close to a road. There are a few other restaurants and a supermarket nearby too, we wish we’d had more time here as it was a great location

Room is best for family stay.. neat and clean rooms in the budget… if anyone looking for rooms to stay with your family, this place is best..

It was accessible and nearby to the temple. But terrible conditions since there was no key or locks to the door and we had to let everything be because last minute cancellation was not possible as well as no hotels had rooms available.

So silent and everything is good

Everything was great! Location was very convenient and close to the railway station & local transport options. The beach is less than 2 kms away. Rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and courteous. They also assisted me with information w.r.t local transport, when required, being especially kind enough to permit me to wait in a little beyond check-out time when the train was delayed. The restaurant on the ground floor is also excellent with their food and service. Highly recommend this Hotel to anyone travelling to Kollam.

This property is an amazing tranquil place. The finished in the apartment are beautiful. Had a fantastic time here
