Everything was great! Location was very convenient and close to the railway station & local transport options. The beach is less than 2 kms away. Rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and courteous. They also assisted me with information w.r.t local transport, when required, being especially kind enough to permit me to wait in a little beyond check-out time when the train was delayed. The restaurant on the ground floor is also excellent with their food and service. Highly recommend this Hotel to anyone travelling to Kollam.

Beautiful hotel the the most wonderful staff ! Big thank you to Shirley George on reception who was very professional and went above and beyond to assist us in all our requests and arranged all our transfers ! A very lovely lady ! Fabulous hotel , lovely clean room , good location . Outdoor pool an added bonus . The best Ayurvedic massage ever, special thanks to Sneha and Anoob for their professionalism and the passion they display for there work , excellent! Very nice property and getaway. We stayed in the AFrame. This was a very special room & stay. Wonderful location just between the arabian sea and the lagoon although it is a little outside from the next village. But therefore it is quiet and very peaceful! Very, very nice staff and perfect service.

We loved our stay at Wavealokam beach retreat. The owner and her team are super friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was also delicious. The owner also offered us to checkout late since our taxi was scheduled to arrive early afternoon. Regarding the location as well, we were super happy. The edava beach is just a 5 min walk away and is non- touristy. We enjoyed a private beach most times of the day. The ride to the north cliff is also just 10 mins away and the resort usually helps arrange a cab/tuktuk. Overall we would wholeheartedly recommend this stay and look forward to coming back again in the future :)

Very beautiful garden and a really nice lake. Definitely worth a visit for travellers that want to relax for some time. The staff is extremely helpful and the cook is excellent. I recommend taking one of the free of charge kayaks for sundown.
