The place was very comfortable, clean and quiet. When I wanted to have a friend stay over at the place, they let her without any problem.

The cleanliness of this hotel is immaculate. The location to American village is only a very short walk away. The ocean amd sunset views are amazing. Beautiful friendly staff, so welcoming and inviting and helpful. The food always fresh and delicious. Comfortable beds and awesome shower and bath.

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt brand new. The reception named Mei was incredibly friendly. The breakfast spread was superb with many varieties. One of the highlights was watching the fireworks from the rooftop pool area. The music performers were excellent, and the bar staff were just as great. The hotel's location in American Village was incredibly convenient, especially with a Lawson right next door for any quick needs.

Size of room & free parking! Booked the royal family suite, and it is super good! Abit far from america village but its good enough

Location! Location, great atmosphere along the foreshore. The sounds of US airforce aircraft's so close by. Free washing machine & dryer Clean and very comfortable stay. Microwave and free filtered water available near the lift. Plenty of restaurants near by and the ground floor of the hotel. Very close to Kadena base Local buses to and from American villege or nice to walk there too.

It was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

It was a fantastic stay. All the staff were so kind and helpful (even when they didn't speak much english they would use a translate to help us). The room view was amazing. We stayed on the 8th floor and when we went into the room we saw the beach already. The bed is turned to the beach, so you can lay down in the bed and watch the sea. Amazing. They even offered a complementary light breakfast for free with a few pastries and a drink that we didn't expected and it was so nice. The room is big, super clean, shower is very good and strong, great after a long day at the beach. I wish we had stayed more here. They also offered beach towels for free, super handy. Bikes too, but we didn't use them. You can also use their lundry room for free and they have everything there. The hotel is very close to the beach and to the American Village.

The room far exceeded my expectations. So pleased we didn't go 5 star hotel. Awesome sauna and massage chair. Shower room spacious, shower water pressure just like a power shower. Huge TV and powerful aircon. Short walk to beach and short bus ride to American Village. Loads of places to dine out. Highly recommend to English speaking guests and recovering from jetlag.

The location is very convenient. Walking distance to Lawson, American Village and there's a lot of restaurant nearby. If you are driving, there is parking lots available at the downstairs. If you are cooking, there's a shared kitchen you can utilise with professional cookware.

Perfect location to the American village 10 walk along the waterfront to the beach side bar and watch led fireworks then on to dinner and as we were diving with aloha diving based in chatan they could pick us up from the hotel

Next to the main road to the north, bus station right in front, just few minutes walk to the beach, parking option and very luxurious for the price paid. Kitchen, nice beds, wasching machine and dryer ...

Reception desk was super kind. Since my wife is pregnant, we assume they assigned the room nearby elevator. I have stayed in many hotel for business trip in Japan but Okinawa Hilton is the best hotel. All of employees were kind and nice. Room is very clean and neat. Nice view and Breakfast was okay. There is no reason to hesitate to stay in this hotel. Manger and Reception desk employees should be rewarded by Hilton hotel. Thank you.

The location was next to the American Village with plenty of dining options. The hotel was neat, clean and smelled great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ask them any question and they would be happy to help. Even prior to my arrival, I emailed them a couple of times. There is a convenience store within 5 minutes walk.

The perfect place to stay for anyone visiting Okinawa! The house itself was modern, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of amenities are provided throughout the house, and there were even a variety of drinks and ice creams in the fridge which was a nice surprise! The location of the house is extremely convenient with many restaurants and convenience stores, and even American Village, just a short walk away if you don't feel like driving. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive upon check-in and were always happy to make we were comfortable throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Okinawa!

The room was very big and well equipped .It was clean. The balcony had a nice view. The hotel has also a very nice pool , Jacuzzi pool and a sauna . I really enjoyed the pool and spa facilities.

The staff and facilities are excellent. The location is also excellent, it's near many restaurants.

Great hotel, clean, big room, right on the beach, and next to American Village with lots of places to eat. Friendly and helpful staff. We liked it so much after staying for two nights that came back for a few more. The breakfast is very good and fresh. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Location, Disappointing 5-Star Experience We booked this property expecting a true 5-star boutique hotel based on booking description and photos. Unfortunately, our experience was quite different. The biggest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. It sits right by the sea with direct access to a quiet beach that almost feels private. Although part of the sea view is interrupted by the nearby harbour, the ocean views are still beautiful, especially at sunset. The family room was also spacious and comfortably accommodated two adults and two children. Another positive aspect is that guests can use paddle boards, (but just 2) snorkelling equipment and bicycles free of charge (only 3 - we couldn’t use for our family of 4) which is a nice addition for those who want to enjoy the beach.

The room is HUGE and the staff is very helpful. Car rental is a must though. Will definitely come back!
