I loved the place, the staff, the service, and the casita. The staff; Xiomara, Luis, Manuel, Rafael, and the american guy (dont remember his name) were extremelly helpful and display excellent customer service kills. Cleaning services were great. My observations: The casitas bathroom need some maintenance at the showers, we had a party of 3, but e everythig at the casita were for two. We notice that cleaning service were done in the morning, however someone went inside the casita later on without a notice.

We communicated with the front desk via Whatsapp messages, which was super convenient, since we could do it at any time, even during an excursion. They were very responsive and attentive. We loved the hotel in general, classy and quiet, with beautiful sounds of nature! also, the fact that is not an all-inclusive concept, allowed us explore more places to eat and drink (although the restaurant gets 5 stars in my opinion too!).

The location is fantastic! Walked to Jobos beach along the beach. Loved having the rooftop patio with ocean views. Could hear the ocean from up there. In the morning, had coffee there and watched the iguanas wake up in the tree tops. Bed was comfortable, good pillows, good hot water. The one AC unit was plenty to cool down the whole apartment.

We had the best room, directly in front of the pool, with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. The whole place is extremely well looked after, and the apartment was very spacious and impeccably clean. We completely relaxed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The location is great and close to everything, especially convenient if you have a car. We would absolutely love to return.

Location of the place. Definitely my favorite area of the island.
