Best hotel I’ve been to that I can remember! The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. As soon as we arrived every staff member was super friendly. I loved the room, it was so clean with a huge bed. Breakfast was fantastic, loved chilling on the rooftop pool, and hanging out playing games in the lobby drinking delicious coffee. I hope to come back to Cartagena and will definitely be staying at the Oz again

Everything was really good, the location, the hotel was very clean , the staff was very friendly and always willing to help, I really liked that they had water, coffee and tea for their the guests. The hotel is new so the facilities and the rooms are very nice.

Staff was lovely, the hotel looks really nice, very clean and comfortable. You have the option of having breakfast at casona del colegio, which is the hotel next door, I would strongly reccommend it as it was delicious!

We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s a beautiful place with an incredible breakfast. The location is perfect, right in the city centre and within walking distance of everything. The room was cleaned twice a day, but the best part of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind and welcoming. We traveled with a baby, and they went above and beyond to help us by providing a baby bathtub and a crib in the room, as well as storing our baby’s food for us. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly special. We will definitely come back.
