John is a wonderful host, he facilitated our transfers, helped organize the buffalo tour and was a delight to talk to. Joanes beach is very beautiful and we saw an amazing moon rise there. The pousada is super comfortable, from the bed, to shower, reliable internet service and the wonderful pool. Breakfast was hearty with eggs, fruit juice, coffee, fruits, sandwiches and John’s yummy banana bread. I had a serious health issue during our stay and had to seek emergency care. John drove us to the ER and waited until I was released, which took half a day and took us back to the pousada. We absolutely loved this stay and highly recommend. John is a super host!

Carlo is simply amazing, the rooms tastefully decorated and have everything you need, the whole establishment is a piece of art in its design, breakfast is super tasty and with fresh healthy ingredients. We could have easily stayed one more week. Highly recommended.

The owner and staff go the extra mile the to make sure your stay is as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. In our visit to Brazil this was most definitely the highlight.
