Set in a beautiful park next to Olinda´s São Francisco Convent, this hotel features a colonial museum and modern rooms. Free Wi-Fi, free parking and a large pool are available. Beautiful setting in a tropical garden. Excellent food on site, with lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, although only a few spoke anything but Portuguese. The rooms are well equipped and very clean, but it's obvious that the buildings are quite old.

We stayed only for one night as it was the last stop of our roadtrip. We found the place super comfortable and enjoyed a lot the facilities . Breakfast is amazing and the area where the pousada is located is very chill and ideal for those looking to stay away from the crowds in Porto de galinhas.

Mar Hotel Conventions is located just 400 metres from Boa Viagem Beach and features three swimming pools set within landscaped gardens. Free WiFi is available. this place has everything, it exceeded my expecations and i loved my stay, they even gave me a free upgrade into a bigger room unprompted. i was in brazil various other hotels and this was easily the best expirience. 10/10 recomend.
