The staff were super nice even they guided us to good restaurants and they did not let us pay coffee and ice cream we bought. The location is just perfect as we were able to take the cruise while we were in the hotel and at the end of the day my wife and I we were used to enjoy the view of the lake and the sunset while eating some snacks The room service is perfect Everything is amazing, Seeburg hotel is highly recommended to anybody thinking of visiting Interlaken
