I extended my stay at Suite Golden Beach on Isla Isabela, Galapagos, because it was truly an exceptional experience! Carlos, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The house and the room were spotlessly clean, everything was brand new, and perfectly arranged. The hospitality and warmth I experienced here were unmatched. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Amazing new hotel right on the water We took a chance on this new hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Everything is new, the pool is wonderful, tastefully decorated, and very helpful staff. The wifi was solid, which was great as on this remote Island often is is very slow. This allowed me to get some(not much;) work done. The sea life was such a special part for us as we enjoyed our cocktails by the pool in the afternoon. The staff let us know the restaurant is not open yet, but told us it will be in a couple of months. They do provide a great breakfast at the hotel across the street. The tours they recommended were excellent! Overall a great hotel that we would come back to on this beautiful Island. Brilliant facilities. Luisa even had snorkels, masks and flippers for me to borrow. Great kitchen so I could cook my own meals. Supermarket next door and another nearby. Easy walk to Main Street area and Playa Mann.

What an amazing find!! We were lucky to stay here. It is beautifully decorated, so clean, so quiet and comfortable. A nice walk to centre. The hosts here are exceptional. Amazing accomodation in Santa Cruz. The staff, especially Felipe were so friendly and accommodating. You can see the ocean from your room and it is a short 2 minute walk to the pier to head out to the islands. The rooftop terrace was great for afternoon beers and the included breakfast which changed slightly every day was fantastic. Great value for the price, stay here if you can!

Jean Carlos attended to anything we needed. Excellent host. Apartment was centrally located and that made everything so accessible in the town.

Joel was by far the most amazing and helpful host we had during our Galapagos trip. From the start the communication was easy, he booked tours for us and helped with sorting taxi for our ferry back home. The room was great, cleaned on a daily basis, beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. Filtered drinking water was also provided.

Absolutely wonderful. Alexita did everything possible to make my stay amazing. My room was large, the bed comfortable and I had a private ensuite bathroom with a warm shower. The kitchen had everything I needed including a large stove. Drinking water is supplied. Alexita did my washing which was way more than I expected. There was also complementary snorkelling gear when I was there. It is in a very quiet location and only a short walk into town. I walked from the airport as the taxi driver quoted US$50 for a 5 minute ride (it should only be a few dollars) - so ask before getting in. It took me 30 minutes and it is a flat easy walk except the last 5 or so minutes which is up a not very steep hill. An option is to walk into the town (5-10 mins) from the airport and then flag a taxi and ask the price. I was able to walk to all the nearby beaches. Alexita also organised my ferry tickets to other islands. A truly memorable stay.

Beautiful apartment on 2 levels. Very clean and well maintained. Fully equipped kitchen and filtered water. Big bathroom. Walter was very helpful and communication was great. Close to local shops and to the entrance to Tortuga Bay. Excellent value for money.
