It is a really special experience. Received a really warm welcome from Mario at reception and offered a glass of cava. The room was really lovely the bed very comfortable and was given a robe and slippers and molten brown products. It is extremely clean. The staff are professional and very good at their jobs. Breakfast is great also the choice of food is really good and the breakfast area is so comfortable It was our first time in Palma and this hotel is a perfect spot for the old town and was quite Highly recommended if you would like to treat yourself.

Family friendly hotel, well organised, with impressive view, not far from the beach. Wonderful varied breakfast, healthy menu, smoothies, honey in the comb, homemade yogurt.
