This trip was a birthday gift for my boyfriend, so I asked for a room with a nice view and the reservation department made it true. A very nice view to the pool and side seaview. Also a queen size bed, and a very nice and clean room. Housekeeping does the best job, a whole hotel is very clean, well done! Breakfast and dinner were also really tasty. We also got a complimentary sparkling wine on his bday. It was a nice and relaxing trip and thank you for a pleasant experience!

It was a great stay, the hotel is right next to a beautiful beach (cala), it is almost like a private beach. And it is at 10 min walk from the Ciutadella center, which is very beautiful. Very nice hotel in the centre of Ciutadella really close to the old town, and you can easily get around only by foot and public transport. The rooms don't have numbers but names, which feels more personal. The owners are very friendly, and I felt quite welcome. They can let you know about local attractions if you wish to. The check-in process was very smooth. I would stay there again next time I visit Ciutadella
