I was able to find a parking spot near to property. It is close to lots of coffee shops and restaurants. The studio was very clean with a daily maid service. The bed was comfortable and didn't cause any back problems. The check in and check out was easy. I didn't go to the bar upstairs but it looks like a great place for younger crowd. The accommodation area was separated with two doors from the stairs that lead to the bar. Although I was in first room, I didn't hear any noises from the bar or other rooms. (I use silicon earplugs at night since I like to sleep in a quiet environment. Highly recommend silicon earplugs to all travelers who are sensitive to noises.) The manager was very helpful and friendly and responded to my messages quickly.

It is also just by one of the nicest beaches of Chios; Karfas where you can find amazing restaurants and cafeterias by the sea and around.
