Everything!! It was beyond expectations. To start with, the location and the facility itself is beautiful. Every room is built in a way that it can somehow face the sea. Gardens are amazing. When it comes to the room itself, all of the details are well thought of. Pots, pans, new and clean, oil, salt/pepper, everything available if you want to be stay in and cook. Room is very well sized, beautifully designed. Staff is more than helpful, always smiley. I can only say praises about Iris Studios, hopefully I will be back again.

I had a fantastic stay at this house! The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The house was spotless and well-organized, with clear instructions for everything. Its proximity to the city was a major plus, making it convenient to explore. Highly recommend!

Very tastefully decorated small apartment in a relatively quiet, centrally located street in Chios town. The apartment, one flight of stairs up from the street had all the necessary amenities and high quality toiletries. The host was super attentive. Plenty of water, coffee and cookies were available. Also, the complimentary bottle of wine was a very nice touch. As we were there in the winter, we only used the terrace once. There you get a partial view of the majestic mountains. In the kitchenette you have a fridge, kettle, french press and Greek coffee maker as well as a grilled sandwich maker.
