Exceptionally clean, well-maintained, modern furbishing, very comfy beds, wonderful hosts, very helpful with local information on what to visit, where to go eat or swim, etc. Free parking all around. Everything was perfect. We will be back :-)

It also includes a lobby bar, and a main restaurant serving buffet breakfast. Very nice hotel, breakfast abundant and good. Few minutes away to the old town on foot. Nice pool , could get crowded but we didn't use it a lot as preferred the beaches.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed, creating such a serene ambiance. It’s a perfect escape from the chaos, yet still just a short drive from Kos Town. The service was consistently excellent. Every single staff member we encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely friendly, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. It’s the little details that stood out – from the attentiveness, to the little farewell gift left on our bed on our last night, to the small touches around the property that show how much care goes into running this hotel. Food was very good, with fresh flavors and nicely prepared dishes. The only note is that the variety is somewhat limited, but what is available is of a high standard. The hotel’s location right by the sea is also a highlight – though it’s worth mentioning that the beach is pebbly and getting into the water can be a bit challenging, it’s still a lovely setting. If we had to give any constructive feedback, it would be minor things: having a bin in the room (not just in the bathroom) would be convenient, and it seemed the glassware was rinsed during daily cleaning rather than replaced. Neither of these points detracted from the overall experience, though. All in all, this boutique hotel offers tranquility, beauty, and caring service – a perfect choice for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful environment with easy access to Kos Town. Highly recommended!

Also local vets will appreciate any donations for their animal programs to help take care of the large cat population on the island.

What should have been a recovery time after my knee operation and my niece´s skin problems, turned out to be really splendid holiday. We were grateful for the excellently equipped, light and clean flat in a very short distance from the sea, pleasant surroundings among the local people and especially to the most helpful hosts. Yannis and Georgia enabled us to enter the appartment even before the check-in time, arranged a transfer from the air-port and adviced us in many many ways. We really felt relaxed and at home in their place.
