Tess and her staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The 2 bedroom villa apartment is 5 minutes drive from Skala in Grikos village. The apartment was well appointed with a huge sundeck overlooking the bay. An excellent array of tavernas and small bays within walking distance.

Featuring mountain views, Patmos Villas offers accommodation with patio, around 300 metres from Groikos Beach. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay.

The family who own it were delightful! Tomas picked us up from the port and took us back to port when leaving. Breakfast each morning was very good. Close to beach and restaurants.

The Byzance is so close to the port you can walk to it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room design is modern Greece, tasteful, and has everything you need. Spotless! Plus, walking distance of everything.
