We had a wonderful time here. Everything went well and our hostess was very friendly and helpful. As a little tip: at the end of the road, a couple of hundred meters away, there are "secret stairs" down to the sea, from where you can see a beautiful sunset.

Everything was perfect. Dimitris met us by the harbour and followed us the short way to his old house, which was incredibly charming, beautifully restored in original style and decorated with old items and fabrics. A separate tiny kitchen building was equipped with everything you could need to make breakfast or dinner and even equipped with local produce like fruit, wine, honey, yoghurt etc. We got the room with a roof terrace, which was very nice in the evening. There was also two places to sit in our own, private courtyard, so we could escape from the sun. A unique combination of old style and practicality. A perfect stay with fantastic hosts!

This was a wonderful place to see the Cave of the Apocalypse, St.John Theologian Monastery, and surrounding Chora! Centrally located and within walking distance if you choose to! Cleaned, wonderful staff available to assist and close to shops and restaurants.

Well decorated and very well equipped studio with a lovely patio. Comfortable beds, super friendly and attentive hosts with whom we had useful and prompt communication. Self-catering with "support": we have found all we needed for a nice breakfast, and not only a welcome drink but also a cake on our second day, oh such a sweet touch! Last but not least, we have been offered free pick ups since you better be shown your way, not required but very much appreciated.

What is not to like! The lovely hostess, Tess, picked us up from the Port at night which meant a lot and was extremely hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the million dollar view from our balcony, the compact but spacious enough and well equipped apartment, huge and comfortable bed, a couple of satellite TV channels, daily cleaning, car parking space, location. Grikos too is a great place to base oneself as it has one of the most beautiful bays in the world (true), just a few traditional tavernas with great and authentic food, is quiet and peaceful and yet 5 minutes from almost anywhere. Don't miss Captain Manos.

The family who own it were delightful! Tomas picked us up from the port and took us back to port when leaving. Breakfast each morning was very good. Close to beach and restaurants.

The management and staff at Nicolas Studios were exceptionally hospitable and friendly. Very comfortable beds, clean room. Lovely garden and seating area to enjoy fruit and coffee from our hosts and share with other guests. The room and grounds were exactly as described so there were no surprises, all expectations we had were either met or exceeded :) a lovely comfortable place to stay in Patmos.
