Great location and hospitality! Kyriakos was an amazing host. The room was great had everything that someone needs . Sitting at the balcony in the night was so great , very quiet and nice set up.

Great host, were able to receive the keys quickly from Maria. Apartment very clean and renovated, situated in a quiet place a little further than the port. Having a car is advised if you visit Serifos, if bot, the rooms are about 12minute walk from the ferry arrival. They were also very sweet and let us stay a little bit longer in the rooms due to ferry late departure.

500 metres from Livadi Beach, Perla's Luxury Apartments B is set in Livadion and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. With garden views, this accommodation provides a balcony.

The property was very near the port sea line and you were able within 10 minutes to be by the sea and next to the restaurants and coffee shops. Simultaneously the place was very quiet with a lovely terrace that you could enjoy anytime of the day. The hosts were lovely people a reason to visit again :)

I could use every adjective in the world to try and describe this amazing property but still wouldn’t do it justice. It was simply magnificent From the warm welcome to the beautifully built and finished apartment every aspect of our stay was wonderful Our hosts were lovely and even the farewell when we left was heartfelt The actual property was so well designed and had everything we could possibly need. Even down to the same dinner plates that we have at home which made me a little homesick as we have been travelling for over 2 months with almost 4 weeks till we return home Whilst it was an easy walk to the bay we do recommend a car to visit other areas of the island esp the lovely beaches We recommend the property to anyone visiting this lovely island It was simply wonderful
