She welcomed us very warmly, was very attentive and helpful with everything and really added the personal touch to our stay! Breakfast was great as well! I totally recommend this property!! The hotel rooms were decorated very nicely and once again, were absolutely spotless. The pool bar was lovely and peaceful, and the service amazing. Breakfast was delicious and with a wide range of food to choose from, including traditional Greek items. I was extremely impressed by this hotel!

Great location- 5 minutes by foot to anything you might need on the island- the city beach, supermarket, bakery, restaurant, bus stop for other beaches, bike rentals, etc. And at the same time tucked into a quiet side street, providing no noise and peaceful balcony views and sleep. The staff is very helpful, kind and non intrusive. The sheets and towels are changed daily, rooms cleaned, water provided, and the AC works great! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We had a perfect stay and since we were there for 12 nights they even upgraded our room for free!!!

A beautiful boutique hotel in a lovely location. The owners Mirco, Adriana, their lovely daughter, and wonderful staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Mirco picked us up from the ferry and dropped us there on our return. They went above and beyond. They arranged a motorbike for us too, delivered and picked up from the front door. The rooms are really beautiful, the pool and common areas are tranquil and stylish. The diving board in the pool is a really lovely retro touch. Above all is the breakfast, with homemade cakes and pastries and Greek and Italian specialties served in a beautiful olive grove terrace with lovely pet cats including a delightful kitten named Dracula. They also serve cooked breakfast and, for another luxurious touch, have a barrista serving all manner of Italian coffees. Mirco dropped us to the port to catch our ferry and waited for us until it came. Wonderful people, wonderful place. Stay here if you go to the beautiful island of Spetses.
