Room was very clean, flawless. Host came to pick me up from port as well as transferred me when left. Bathroom had very hot water at all times. It is right next to plateia/ platz in case some prefers a central spot. It had a hair dryer, a/c, all worked properly. Room was quiet. Didn't visit the balcony. All places smelled cleanliness.

Very friendly host who came to pick me up at the port by car and they also took me to the port for my departure very early in the morning. Moreover they were providing me with fruits and also asking me if I needed anything. I can't complain and I would book it again.

We had an amazing stay in this flat, and Mr Mixalis and his wife, were incredibly nice and friendly,their hospitality was excellent. As women travelling, we felt completely safe, which meant a lot to us. The hosts were always there to support us with anything we needed, and the cleaning was excellent throughout our stay. The balcony was the best spot to relax and enjoy a beautiful view. Our conversations with the hosts were a lovely part of each day. We would definitely recommend this place, and we’d love to visit again!

The location. Fantastic view of Livadia. The bed was comfortable. AC was good The studio was very clean and serviced every day. The owner met me off the ferry and transported me to property

Just amazing as every year! Michalis is a wonderful host. We enjoy the wonderful view we have had from the Appartement!

Service was fantastic! We got the room much earlier then expected. We also could use shower in the afternoon the day we left. Since we left in the evening and spent the day on the beach that really helped. Breakfast was also very good. We could choose between different things and they made it there and then. The room was big and the beds comfortable. We didn't use the pool since the beach was so good but it looked nice and on a windy day it could absolutly be an option. The hotel both pick you up and give you a lift from and to the ferrie.

The balcony on 2nd floor was a nice place to hang out with the neighbors. Also the view over the port and village square was great.
