Villas are set in the beautiful nature just a few steps from the sea. Whole area of Nijvice is marvellous with long seaside walkways and crystal clear beaches. In the villa we found everything we needed. Kitchen is very well equipped. We cook a lot and therefore appreciated the dishwasher. The rooftop terrace was a bliss for an early morning cup of coffee. The mosquito nets on the windows and heavy dark curtains were also helping to the good sleep we had there.

Set as a part of the Punat Marina, Hotel Kanajt boasts a terrace with great views over Punat and the marina.

I spent a night in a beautiful apartment that exceeded my expectations in every way. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by how impeccably clean the apartment was. The host was incredibly attentive and always available. He greeted us on arrival with a yellow scooter and personally guided us to the parking lot. From there it was only a three minute walk to the apartment, so the whole process was smooth and effortless. The decor was tasteful and modern, making the apartment not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and made for a restful night's sleep. The small kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed to prepare a meal and the living area was perfect for relaxing. One of the highlights of the stay was the proximity of the apartment to the sea. It was only a short (the host said 55 seconds) walk to the beach, which allowed easy access to the beautiful coastline. Overall, the apartment offered a perfect blend of cleanliness, comfort and convenience. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable and relaxing stay by the sea.

Everything was very nice. So comfty apartment, fully equipped. Very very clean. The parking place is next to the apartment. SPA and swimming pool were nice a clear.
